Shipping and Returns

Order Processing Time   
Our products are produced by hand in small batches to ensure quality, freshness and personal attention. Due to our "fresh process", & the fact that we pull & pack orders ourselves, order processing time (the amount of time from when your order is placed to when it is shipped) may average 5 business days BUT is usually faster than that. Please allow time for personal attention to be paid to the production of your order and additional time for delivery.  If you need your items fast, let us know & we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Info  
Orders are shipped either by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or by Fedex. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.  Expedited Shipping increases the speed of the transit time only.  Please note that the time quote provided next to the shipping options is for shipping time only & does not take into account order production, pulling or packing time.
 
We try our best to ship orders within two business days after the order was placed.  If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you & whip it up fresh which will lead to a shipping delay.  During busy times orders may take as long as 5 business days to ship.
 
If extended shipping delays are expected we will post a notification on our Home Page.
 

If Your Order Is Marked As Delivered But It Is Not Received 
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office so that they can investigate. If the post office is able to confirm that the postal carrier delivered the order and theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department to file a report.

Returns Policy:
We want you to love our products as much as we love making them. 

Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you've purchased & we will gladly make it right.  We cannot accept returns after 10 days & a processing fee may apply.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping.  DO NOT throw anything away.  We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.

We are human and sometimes we may make a mistake.  If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly.  You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.

Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

Note:   DO NOT throw out packaging or the product in question, please take pictures of any concerns, and contact us immediately.  
We cannot assist with issues/concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.
