If Your Order Is Marked As Delivered But It Is Not Received
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office so that they can investigate. If the post office is able to confirm that the postal carrier delivered the order and theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department to file a report.

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you've purchased & we will gladly make it right. We cannot accept returns after 10 days & a processing fee may apply. The original shipping cost and the shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer unless your package was incorrect, missing, or damaged.
We are human and sometimes we may make a mistake. If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly. You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
Note: DO NOT throw out packaging or the product in question, please take pictures of any concerns, and contact us immediately. We cannot assist with issues/concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.
