Each recipe is carefully crafted to balance the unique character of the beer with skin-nourishing coconut oil, olive oil, and shea butter. Real beer isn't a novelty ingredient — it's a functional one. The natural sugars in beer feed the lather-producing reaction in cold-process soap, and the hops act as a mild preservative. What you end up with is a bar that produces a noticeably richer, creamier lather than a standard bar soap, with a slightly earthy complexity underneath whatever scent you've chosen. Craft beer also contains B vitamins and amino acids that condition skin during the wash — a secondary benefit most people notice without knowing exactly why their skin feels different.
