When will I get my box each month?
You can place your first subscription box order whenever you want during the month & we will ship it out within 1-2 business days (some excpetions in the holidays). Whatever date you order your first box on, that's when your subscription will renew every month following. Example- Box #1 was ordered January 15th, Box #2- Feb 15th, #3 March 15...
Can I exchange or return a product if I don't want it?
Since it is a mystrey box each month, that's part of the fun! We can't accept returns or exchanges on any products that are in the box. Perfect to gift to a friend, a skincare-obsessed teen, keep all year for a stocking stuffer.
What if I have allergies or a skin condition?
If you have specific skincare needs due to an allergy or a condition, please let us know in your order notes & we will accommodate as much as possible! We cannot take scent requests on this product.
Can I stop my subscription?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
