Mineral Soaks That Actually Do Something for Your Skin

A bath soak works differently than a bath bomb. The fizz is nice, but the therapeutic benefit comes from the minerals dissolved in the water — magnesium from Epsom and Dead Sea salts absorbing through the skin, reducing inflammation and muscle tension in ways that are well-studied and not disputed. The question is how much mineral content you're actually getting, which depends on the concentration and quality of the salts used.

Our Bath Soaks use a mineral-forward formula with Dead Sea salt, Epsom salt, and essential oil fragrance — available in Lavender, Almond Honey, Spearmint Lavender, Spearmint, and Tea Tree Mint. Lavender before bed is the most common use case: the mineral soak addresses physical tension while the lavender essential oil works on the cortisol and stress response. Athletes and people who stand all day use the plain mineral versions for recovery. All formulas are free from synthetic dyes and artificial fragrance.
