Our products are produced by hand in small batches to ensure quality, freshness and personal attention. Due to our "fresh process", lead times are usually pretty fast, but may average 5 business days. Please allow time for personal attention to be paid to the production of your order and additional time for delivery. If you need your items fast, let us know & we'll see what we can do.

Orders are shipped either by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or by Fedex. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge. Please note that the time quote provided next to the shipping options is for shipping time only & does not take into account order production, pulling or packing time. Please note, transit time quotes are provided directly by the carrier. Rinse is not responsible if the carrier does not meet the transit time quote.
We try our best to ship orders within two business days after the order was placed. If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you & whip it up fresh which will lead to a shipping delay. During busy times orders may take as long as 5 business days to ship.
If extended shipping delays are expected we will post a notification on our Home Page.
