Dead Sea Mineral Salts for Recovery, Rest, and Ritual

Soaking salts are one of the oldest therapeutic tools in human history — and the reason they've persisted is that they work. Magnesium from Epsom and Dead Sea salts absorbs through skin in a warm bath, reducing muscle inflammation and tension. The mineral composition of Dead Sea salt specifically has been studied in relation to skin conditions including psoriasis and eczema, with documented improvement in hydration and reduction of inflammatory markers.

Our Soaking Salts come in 1.5oz single-use packets: Lavender, Almond Honey, Spearmint Lavender, Spearmint, and Tea Tree Mint. How much do I use per bath?

A generous scoop — about half a cup — under warm running water. More for a deeper soak after hard days.

How is this different from drugstore Epsom salt?

Ours layers essential oils and skin conditioners over the mineral base — so it relaxes and moisturizes instead of just soaking.

Which blend for sore muscles?

Will it leave the tub slippery?
