Why Use a Gua Sha stone?

How to Use:

1. Prep skin with a facial oil or serum.

2. Using gentle pressure, glide the tool upwards at a 15-45 degree angle.. Repeat each stroke 3-5 times. (Use photo for reference to guide your Gua Sha practice)

3. Use the pointed end for precision on the under-eye area and temples. The U-shaped end is designed to hug and lift the jawline and cheekbones. Use the smooth, curved side to invigorate the flat surfaces of the face 

4. Cleanse the tool after. 

Tips:  Use light pressure to gently glide the gua sha. Some flushing is normal after use, but the goal is not excessive pink or red skin. Use for 5-10 minutes daily and 3-5 times a week for best results.
