Shower steamers and shower bombs are the same thing — a tablet made with essential oils on the same fizzing base as a bath bomb, made to sit on the shower floor and dissolve slowly in the steam. The distinction matters because what you get is genuine aromatherapy, not just a nicer-smelling shower. The essential oils release into the warm steam and reach you at the most relaxed, receptive moment of your morning or evening.
