How to Use

Fill your tub with warm water and add a generous handful — roughly ¼ to ½ cup — to the running water, swirling to dissolve. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse with fresh water or pat dry. Can also be used as a foot soak: add 2 tablespoons to a warm basin and soak for 15–20 minutes.
