Description
A scrub and a mask at the same time, mixed in your palm. Oatbrasion is a loose powder of ground oats and clay — stir a teaspoon with water, massage it in as you apply, leave it ten minutes, rinse. One or two nights a week for dull, flaky skin. Unscented, handmade in Monroe, Georgia.
The oats are the point. Ground fine, they exfoliate mechanically as you spread the paste on — gentler than a sugar or salt scrub because the particles are soft-edged, so you get the polish without the micro-tearing. Colloidal oat is also a long-standing soother for itchy, irritated skin. The clay handles the oil while the oats handle the texture.
Stir about a teaspoon with water until it's the texture of soft frosting. Apply to clean skin in small circles — that's your exfoliation — then leave the layer on for ten minutes and rinse warm. Because it ships dry it needs no preservative, and the actives stay inert until you add water. One or two nights a week, and follow with a moisturizer.
No fragrance at all — no essential oils, no fragrance oils — which makes it a reasonable choice for skin that is already irritated. Mixed by hand in small batches in Monroe, Georgia, cruelty-free and gluten-free, with no parabens, phthalates or sulfates.

We recommend 1–2 times per week for most skin types. Apply a thin, even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye and lip area. Leave on 10–15 minutes until partially dry, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. Powdered Pumice is tiny but coarse & efficiently exfoliates your skin, Colloidal Oatmeal soothes & lessens redness while Powdered Honey helps to moisturize your skin.
