Description

Soap Tapas lathers rich and rinses clean without stripping your skin.

The base is built on cocoa butter and coconut oil — ingredients that actually moisturize instead of just sitting on top. Simple formula, no filler, the kind of ingredient list you can read without a chemistry degree.

The cold-process method preserves natural glycerin — that's why your skin feels moisturized after, not stripped. It's gentle enough for daily facial use, which a lot of customers discover on their own. With proper care, expect it to last 4–6 weeks.

Whether it's your everyday bar or a guest bathroom upgrade, this is the kind of soap people ask about — and come back for.

Every Rinse product starts with intentional ingredient choices. No parabens, no phthalates, no sulfates, no synthetic detergents. Just naturally-derived formulas made in small batches by a team that's been doing this for over twenty years.

Handmade in Monroe, Georgia, where Rinse Bath & Body Co. has been crafting small-batch products since 2003. Naturally derived, cruelty-free, and made by people who care what goes on your skin.

How to Use

Wet your hands, body, or face, then rub the bar in gentle circular motions to build a lather. Massage into skin and rinse thoroughly with warm water. For exfoliating bars, use the loofah side in circular motions to gently buff skin. Store on a well-drained soap dish between uses to extend bar life.

Why we love it...

Every bar starts with the same cold-process method Heather learned in 2002 — slow-cured for weeks so the oils have time to saponify naturally. No shortcuts, no detergents, no synthetic hardeners. Just real soap that lathers rich and leaves your skin feeling like skin, not plastic wrap.

We obsess over the lather. That thick, creamy foam you get from a Rinse bar isn't an accident — it's the result of carefully balancing coconut oil for bubbles, olive oil for conditioning, and shea butter for richness. Most commercial soaps strip your skin's natural oils. Ours work with them.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

Every product has a story, but not every story is about scent. This one is about what it does — the ingredients, the craft, the way it feels when it works exactly like it should. Some products lead with their nose. This one leads with results.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Store your bar on a well-drained soap dish between uses — keeping it dry between showers extends its life significantly. For the richest lather, work the bar between wet hands for 10-15 seconds before applying to skin. Our soaps are gentle enough for daily face and body use.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes Soap Tapas different from store-bought soap?

Rinse Bath & Body Co. makes Soap Tapas by hand using cold-process soapmaking that preserves natural glycerin. A random selection of slivers of soaps that comes out to more than 2 bars of soap so you get a little bit of this & a little bit of that! Our formula, featuring Olive and Refined Sweet Almond creates a bar that cleans without leaving skin dry or tight.

Does Soap Tapas work as a facial cleanser?

Many customers use Soap Tapas as their daily facial cleanser. The natural glycerin in our cold-process formula cleans effectively without the tightness you get from commercial soaps. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

How long will a bar of Soap Tapas last?

A bar of Soap Tapas typically lasts 4–6 weeks with daily use. The dense, butter-rich formula holds up longer than most soaps. Just keep it on a draining dish so it dries between uses.

Is Soap Tapas safe for sensitive skin?

Our formula uses naturally derived ingredients without the common irritants in commercial soaps. This bar features Olive and Refined Sweet Almond. Sensitive-skin customers generally do well with Soap Tapas. Review the ingredient list for known sensitivities.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

A full bar lasts 3-4 weeks with daily shower use. Store on a draining dish between uses to maximize its life. The bar will naturally shrink as the good stuff transfers to your skin — that's how you know it's working.
