Description

Handmade with intention, Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating is one of those products that earns its spot in your daily routine.

The mud is imported directly from the Dead Sea in Israel — completely pure, nothing added or diluted. It's blended into the soap base alongside the same oils and butters in every Rinse bar, creating a mineral-rich cleanser that draws out impurities without drying.

It's gentle enough for daily facial use, which a lot of customers discover on their own. It doubles as a massage oil — the kind of versatility that justifies the shelf space.

The kind of product that turns first-time buyers into repeat customers.

Rinse has been making bath and body products by hand since 2003 — long before 'clean beauty' had a hashtag. The formulas are naturally derived, the process is cruelty-free, and the quality is the kind you notice the first time you use it.

Handcrafted in Monroe, Georgia since 2003. Rinse products are naturally derived, cruelty-free, and made in small batches — because cutting corners isn't really our thing.

Why we love it...

Sea salt crystals provide a deeper exfoliation than sugar — perfect for rough patches, calloused feet, and areas that need more than a gentle polish. The oil base leaves behind rich, almost body-butter moisture.

Gritty enough to actually work, nourishing enough to skip the lotion after. That's the balance we were going for.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

We don't have a scent family. And that's kind of the point. No fragrance, no essential oils, no opinions about what you should smell like. Just clean, effective ingredients doing their job without any aromatic commentary. For the person who wants their products to work hard and keep quiet about it.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Similar to sugar scrub but with a coarser texture for deeper exfoliation. Use on wet skin, massage gently, and rinse. Avoid freshly shaved areas and broken skin. The mineral-rich salts provide additional skin benefits beyond exfoliation.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

How is Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating different from sugar scrub?

Salt scrubs provide more intense exfoliation than sugar scrubs — great for rougher areas like feet, elbows, and legs. Sugar scrubs are gentler, better for sensitive areas. Both leave skin moisturized from the natural oils. Exfoliate your skin with grains of sea salt & leave behind a rich, almost body butter, moisturizer (not oily or greasy). Leaving you moisturized with the spa-like scent of 100% natural Lavender & Spearmint Essential Oils.

How often should I use Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating?

1–2 times per week is ideal. Salt scrubs are more aggressive than sugar, so less frequent use prevents irritation. Use on damp skin in the shower, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly. Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating features A blend of Organic Dead Sea Salt and Grapeseed Oil.

Can I use Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating on my face?

We recommend salt scrubs for body use only — the coarser texture can be too aggressive for delicate facial skin. For facial exfoliation, try one of our gentler options or a face mask.

Will Salt Scrub Dead Sea Mud Exfoliating sting cuts or nicks?

Yes — salt will sting on open cuts, nicks, or freshly shaved skin. Wait at least 24 hours after shaving before using a salt scrub on that area. The stinging is brief but can be intense.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

One jar lasts about 4-6 weeks with regular use. The coarser texture means you need less per application than you think.
