Lotion Bars

Our lotion bars are solid body conditioners that melt on contact with warm skin, delivering concentrated moisture from shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax. Because they contain no water, they require no preservatives and last significantly longer than liquid lotions. Warm the bar between your palms and smooth over legs, arms, and dry areas after a bath or shower. For targeted dry spots, try our Skin Sticks. Lotion bars are the distillation of what a moisturizer should be: concentrated emollients without the water and synthetic emulsifiers that make conventional lotion spreadable but dilute its effectiveness. The bar format means zero preservatives are needed — the lack of water content eliminates the environment bacteria and mold need to grow — which means what's in the bar is purely what's doing the work on your skin.

Our Lotion Bars include the original Body Conditioner bar, the Body Conditioning Polish (which adds exfoliation), and the Body Conditioning Balm for intensive moisturizing. Apply by warming the bar between your palms, then massaging directly into skin. A small amount goes a long way — the concentration means you use significantly less product than conventional lotion to get the same level of moisture. They're particularly well-suited for hands that take abuse — kitchen work, outdoor work, anything that dries skin quickly.
