Description

Chardonnay Wine Soap is a handmade, cold-process bar with a deep, wine-warm scent that lives up to its name. It is 98% naturally derived and made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates — just a rich, grown-up lather that feels like a small everyday luxury.

There's no actual wine in the bar. The Chardonnay scent comes from a skin-safe fragrance oil, and the soft color comes from mineral mica — so you get all the Chardonnay mood with none of the mess. Shea and cocoa butters, olive oil, and sweet almond oil are known for leaving skin feeling soft and conditioned rather than tight and stripped.

Because it's cold-process, it keeps the natural glycerin that most commercial bars strip out, so it cleanses gently enough for face, hands, and body. Handmade in small batches by our family in Monroe, Georgia since 2003.

Ingredients

Saponified Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Refined Sweet Almond Oil, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Kernel Oil, Mica, Fragrance.

How to Use

Wet the bar and work it into a rich lather with warm water. Massage over face, hands, or body, then rinse. It's gentle enough for everyday use. Between washes, set the bar on a well-draining dish out of standing water so it can dry out and last longer.

Why we love it...

It's the bar that actually smells like the name. The scent is deep and wine-warm without being cloying, the lather comes up rich and creamy — coconut oil for the bubbles, shea and cocoa butters for that soft, conditioning feel — and the whole thing feels indulgent and a little grown-up. A small everyday luxury that still cleans gently and rinses clean.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Beer family is exactly what it sounds like — real craft beer ingredients in handmade soap. Hops, malt, and the natural sugars in beer create an incredibly rich, creamy lather that's genuinely great for your skin. These aren't gimmick soaps. The beer adds real benefits. The fact that they're fun to gift is just a bonus.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Set the bar on a draining dish away from the shower stream so it isn't sitting in water — it'll firm up between uses and last noticeably longer. Want to stretch it further? Cut the bar in half and use one piece while the other dries and hardens. It also makes an easy, pretty little gift or stocking stuffer.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes this different from store-bought soap?

It's cold-process and handmade in small batches, so it keeps the natural glycerin most commercial bars strip out. You get a bar that cleanses without leaving skin tight or stripped — made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.

Is there real wine in this soap?

No — there's no actual wine in the bar. The Chardonnay scent comes from a skin-safe fragrance oil, and the color comes from mineral mica. It's all the wine-warm mood, none of the mess.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes. The cold-process formula, with shea and cocoa butters and olive oil, is gentle enough for face, hands, and body. Build a light lather, massage in, and rinse with warm water. Patch test first if your skin tends to be reactive.

How do I make the bar last?

Keep it on a well-draining soap dish, out of standing water, so it dries between uses. A bar typically lasts about 4-6 weeks, depending on how often you bathe and how it's stored.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

A bar typically lasts about 4-6 weeks, though it varies with how often you bathe and how it's stored. To get the most out of it, keep it on a well-draining dish out of standing water so it can dry between uses.
