Description
One bar for the face and the beard underneath it. Dead Sea mud and bentonite clay in a cold-process bar with rosemary and peppermint — lather in your hands, work it through the beard to the skin, rinse. Daily, in the shower. Cut and cured by hand in Monroe, Georgia.
The problem with washing a beard with ordinary soap is that it strips the skin hiding under it, and that's where the itch comes from. This bar is cold-process, which keeps the natural glycerin most commercial bars remove and sell back to you separately. Dead Sea mud adds minerals; bentonite clay draws out the oil and grime that collect at the skin line without taking everything else with it.
Work up a lather in your hands rather than rubbing the bar directly on your face — you'll use less and distribute it better. Push the lather through the beard down to the skin, give it a few seconds, rinse warm. Follow with a facial oil or a tallow balm if your beard runs coarse. Stand the bar on a draining dish between uses and it will last considerably longer.
The scent is rosemary and peppermint, both real essential oils rather than a synthetic stand-in — sharp and herbal in the shower, faded by the time you're dressed. Made in small batches in Monroe, Georgia, where our family has been making soap since 2003.

It's cold-process, so it keeps the natural glycerin commercial bars strip out — you get a clean that doesn't leave skin feeling tight. Made in small batches with shea butter, olive oil, Dead Sea mud, and bentonite clay, and scented with 100% natural rosemary and peppermint essential oils.
Can I use Beard Bar Facial Soap on my face if I don't have a beard?

Absolutely. It's built on our facial soap blend and gentle enough for daily face, hand, and body use — beard optional. The shea butter and olive oil cleanse without drying you out.
How long does a bar last?
