Description

Peppermint is the wake-up oil. Cool, sharp, and unmistakably minty, this single-note essential oil is a longtime favorite for when you need to clear your head and feel refreshed — the kind of bright, clarifying aroma many people reach for to feel focused and alert, or simply for the deep, clearing breath so many keep it close for during wellness season.

Ours is 100% pure and Certified Organic, steam-distilled from real peppermint (Mentha piperita) with no fillers or synthetics. Diffuse a few drops to freshen a room and lift the energy, breathe it straight from the bottle when you need a reset, or dilute it in a carrier oil for a cooling topical blend.

Every bottle is handmade by our family in Monroe, Georgia, where we've been crafting natural bath and body products since 2003. Paraben-free, phthalate-free.

Ingredients

100% Pure Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Essential Oil — Certified Organic.

How to Use

Diffuse 5–10 drops in a water diffuser to freshen and energize a room, or inhale straight from the bottle for a quick reset. For topical use, always dilute first — blend 2–3 drops into 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil like jojoba or fractionated coconut oil, then patch test before wider use. You can also add a few drops to unscented Rinse products or a Car Diffuser to make the scent your own. Never apply undiluted to skin and never take internally. Keep away from eyes, children, and pets; store cool and dark.

Why we love it...

There's a reason peppermint is one of the most reached-for oils in aromatherapy — one breath is cool, sharp, and instantly clarifying. We love it as the everyday pick-me-up: a few drops in the diffuser to shake off the afternoon fog, a whiff straight from the bottle before a big task or a deep, clearing breath during wellness season, and a cooling blend for tired feet. Ours is Certified Organic and single-note, so what you smell is pure peppermint and nothing else.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Fresh family is our clean, bright, wake-you-up collection — eucalyptus, peppermint, spearmint, and green botanicals that feel like splashing cold water on your face. These scents are energizing without being aggressive, clean without being clinical. They're the 'deep breath on a spring morning' of our lineup.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

A little goes a long way — start with a few drops and add more only if you want it stronger. Pair peppermint with Eucalyptus for an open, breathe-easy blend, or with Lavender to soften the sharpness. Add a few drops to a Rinse Car Diffuser for a minty commute, or to unscented Body Spread for a custom cooling lotion. Keep the cap tight and out of direct sun to protect the aroma.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes Rinse Peppermint Essential Oil different?

It's 100% pure, Certified Organic peppermint oil — steam-distilled from real plant material with no fillers, synthetics, or dilution. The cool, clarifying aroma is noticeably brighter and truer to the plant than many mass-market oils, which is why so many reach for it to feel refreshed, focused, and clear-headed.

Can I apply peppermint oil directly to my skin?

No — always dilute it first. Blend 2–3 drops with a teaspoon of a carrier oil such as jojoba or our Squalane before applying, and patch test. Never use it undiluted on skin.

How should I store peppermint essential oil?

Keep it in a cool, dark place with the cap on tight. The amber glass bottle helps shield the oil from light so it stays fresh, and properly stored pure essential oils hold their strength and aroma for a long time.

Is peppermint oil safe around pets?

Use caution. Only diffuse in well-ventilated rooms your pets can leave freely, and keep the bottle out of reach. Cats and birds are especially sensitive, so check with your veterinarian first.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

One bottle lasts 3-6 months depending on diffusing frequency. During heavy-use seasons, expect about 3 months. Store in a cool, dark place to maintain potency.
