Description

Chamomile Tea Soap is a handmade, cold-process bar with a soft, soothing scent — like a warm cup of chamomile tea for your shower. It's slow-cured for weeks so the natural glycerin stays right in the bar, which means it lathers thick and creamy and cleanses gently without leaving skin feeling tight or stripped.

The base is a saponified blend of shea and cocoa butters with olive, sweet almond, high-oleic sunflower, coconut, and responsibly sourced palm kernel oils. Coconut oil builds the bubbly lather, shea and cocoa butters add richness, and olive and sweet almond oils help leave skin feeling soft and conditioned. It's made without sulfates, parabens, and phthalates, and it's 98% naturally derived.

To use, wet the bar and your skin with warm water, work up a lather, wash, and rinse. Store it on a draining dish between uses and a bar typically lasts 4-6 weeks, depending on how often you bathe and how it's stored. Handmade in small batches since 2003.

How to Use

Wet the bar and your skin with warm water, then work up a rich lather in your hands or a washcloth. Massage over your face or body in gentle circular motions, then rinse clean with warm water. Between uses, set the bar on a well-draining soap dish so it can dry out fully — it will stay firm and last longer.

For the richest lather, hold the bar under warm running water for a few seconds before building suds. It doubles nicely as a gentle shaving bar, too. To get the most weeks out of it, keep it on a draining dish away from the direct stream of the shower so it can dry fully between uses.
