How to Use

Diffuse: add 3–5 drops (up to 5–10 for a larger room) to a water-filled diffuser and run in 30–60 minute intervals in a well-ventilated space. Inhale: warm the aroma between your palms and breathe in slowly for a grounding moment. Topical (always dilute): blend 2–3 drops into 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil such as our Squalane, jojoba, or fractionated coconut oil before applying. You can also add a few drops to unscented Rinse products, the bath, or a Car Diffuser to customize your scent. Never apply undiluted oil to skin, do not ingest, keep away from eyes, patch test first, and keep out of reach of children and pets. Store cool and out of direct light.
