How to use

After your shower or bath while skin is still slightly damp, pour a small amount into your palms and warm by rubbing your hands together. Apply in long sweeping strokes toward the heart — legs up, arms up. Allow 1–2 minutes to absorb before dressing. A few drops go a long way.

Unlikely with normal use — plant-based oils absorb quickly and don't leave a greasy film when used correctly. Apply to damp skin and give it 60 seconds to absorb before dressing. If you use too much, blot the excess. Avoid light-colored silk or linen until fully absorbed.

Does Flannel Body Bliss work for massage?

We don't recommend Body Bliss as a hair product — it's formulated for skin. For hair oiling, we'd suggest a product specifically designed for hair; Body Bliss can sit on hair without absorbing the same way it does on skin.
