Description

Body Spread is our thick, whipped body lotion — a rich, scoopable moisturizer you massage into skin until it disappears. Tobacco Vanilla pairs warm tobacco leaf with smooth vanilla for a scent that reads sophisticated and cozy at once, with real depth and no floral in sight.

A little goes a long way. The concentrated, butter-rich formula sinks in without a greasy film, leaving skin feeling soft and conditioned. Smooth it on right after a shower while skin is still slightly damp to seal in moisture, and hit the spots that get driest — elbows, knees, shins, and hands.

Handmade in small batches in Monroe, Georgia since 2003, and made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates. 93% naturally derived.

Ingredients

Aqua (Purified Water), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Glyceryl Stearate & PEG-100 Stearate (vegetable-based emulsifying wax), Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Stearic Acid, Fragrance Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol & Caprylyl Glycol & Sorbic Acid, Carbomer.

How to Use

Smooth a small amount over clean skin and massage in until it's fully absorbed — a little goes a long way. It works best right after a shower or bath, while skin is still slightly damp, to seal in moisture. Reach for it anywhere you get dry: elbows, knees, shins, and hands. It's a leave-on moisturizer, so there's nothing to rinse off.

Why we love it...

It fixes the thing we can't stand about most lotions — that greasy film that never quite sinks in. Body Spread is rich and concentrated, so it feels like a treat going on but absorbs clean. And Tobacco Vanilla is one of those grown-up scents that works on anyone: warm, a little smoky, softened with vanilla.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Sweet family is our cozy, comforting crew — honey, vanilla, cocoa, and warm baked-goods notes that make everything feel a little more indulgent. These scents aren't sugary or artificial. They're the kind of sweet that makes people lean in and ask what you're wearing. Comforting, familiar, and just rich enough to feel like a treat.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Warm a scoop between your palms first — it melts into skin faster that way. For extra-dry feet, massage it in before bed and pull on a pair of cotton socks overnight. Keep the lid snug and store at room temperature. A pea-sized amount covers more than you'd expect, so start small and add as needed.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

Does it feel greasy?

No. It goes on rich, but the butter-and-oil formula absorbs without leaving a greasy film. Warm a small amount between your palms and massage it in — ideally onto damp skin right after a shower.

What does Tobacco Vanilla smell like?

Warm tobacco leaf softened with smooth vanilla — sophisticated, cozy, and a little sweet, with no floral notes. It's a unisex scent that works for just about anyone.

How is this different from the Skin Stick?

Same rich moisture, different format. Body Spread is a scoopable lotion for full-body use at home; the Skin Stick is a twist-up you can toss in a bag for dry spots on the go. Plenty of folks keep both.

Can I use it on my face?

It's made for the body — arms, legs, torso, and dry patches like elbows and knees. The butter-rich formula runs heavier than most face lotions, so it's best kept below the neck.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

One jar lasts about 4-6 weeks, depending on how often and how much you use. A little goes a long way, so a small amount is all you need — though in drier climates your skin may soak it up faster. Keep the lid sealed tight between uses.
