Description

Twist, swipe, done—moisture without the pump drama. Twist up Gingerbread Solid Lotion with gingerbread, cinnamon, and coconut and swipe elbows, knees, shins, or cuticles. Body heat melts the butters in—no pump, no greasy palms. Travel-friendly moisture that actually keeps up.

The scent is pure holiday baking: warm ginger and cinnamon over sweet molasses, like a fresh batch of cookies. Underneath, shea butter, beeswax, and coconut oil are known for sealing in moisture and leaving skin feeling soft and conditioned, which makes it perfect for elbows, knees, shins, hands, and cuticles, or anywhere winter leaves you dry.

Handmade in small batches in Monroe, Georgia by our family since 2003, and made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates. It's 98% naturally derived, a leave-on moisturizer you'll actually reach for.

How to Use

Twist up a small amount and glide it directly onto clean, dry skin: hands, elbows, knees, shins, heels, or cuticles. Your body heat softens the butters on contact, so a few passes are all you need. Massage in with your fingertips until it disappears, then twist the base back down between uses. Reach for it any time skin feels dry, and especially right after a shower.

Why we love it...

No greasy aftermath, no lid rolling under the car seat, just twist, glide, and go. The gingerbread scent is cozy without being cloying, and the shea-and-beeswax formula leaves skin feeling soft instead of sticky. It's the kind of thing you buy one of and end up stashing three around the house.

Tips & Tricks

Keep one wherever dry skin sneaks up on you: the desk drawer, your bag, the nightstand, the car door. Use it right after a shower while skin is still warm to help it glide on, and run it over cuticles and knuckles before bed. In warm months, store it somewhere cool so it stays firm.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What's the difference between a Skin Stick and regular lotion?

It's a solid moisturizer in a twist-up tube, so there's no bottle, no spills, and no greasy hands. You glide it on and your body heat melts it into the skin. It's more portable than a bottle and travels well since it's solid.

Where should I use it?

Anywhere that gets dry, like hands, elbows, knees, shins, heels, and cuticles. It's a leave-on body moisturizer, so smooth it on and let it absorb; there's nothing to rinse off.

Will it melt in my bag or car?

It's made to stay solid at room temperature and soften on contact with your skin. In hot weather, like a sun-baked car, tuck it somewhere cool so it keeps its shape.

Can I use it on my face?

It's designed for the body: hands, elbows, and other dry spots. For your face, we'd steer you toward a product made specifically for facial skin.
