Description

Lotion that lives in a stick. Twist it up, glide it over dry skin, and let your body heat melt it in — no greasy palms, no spills, no bottle to knock over. It stays solid in your bag and travels easily, so moisture comes with you.

Cocoa and shea butters do the heavy lifting, softening rough spots on elbows, knees, shins, hands, and cuticles. Apricot kernel and avocado oils keep things light and non-greasy, while beeswax seals it all in. The Shea Rice Flour scent is warm and clean with a touch of musk — easygoing enough for anyone.

Handmade in small batches in Monroe, Georgia since 2003, by our family. 98% naturally derived and made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.

Ingredients

Cocoa & Shea Butters along with Apricot Kernel, Refined Sweet Almond & Avocado Oils (all wonderful moisturizers), Beeswax & Soy Wax (to help keep it all together) scented with Fragrance Oils

How to Use

Twist up a little from the base and glide it straight onto clean, dry skin — elbows, knees, shins, hands, heels, or cuticles. Your body heat softens the balm on contact, so a light massage with your fingertips melts it right in. No rinsing, no wiping. A little goes a long way. For an extra boost, use it right after a shower while your skin is still warm.

Why we love it...

It solves the thing we all hate about lotion — the mess. No pump, no greasy hands, no cap left off in your bag. Just twist, swipe, and go. It's small enough to stash everywhere you get dry — desk drawer, glovebox, carry-on — travels without leaking, and the warm, clean scent is subtle enough to layer with anything. Same butter-rich formula as our Body Spread, in a format you can actually keep on you.

Tips & Tricks

Warm it up first: a quick swipe over slightly damp, post-shower skin helps it melt in faster and last longer. Keep one at your desk and one in your bag so dry hands never catch you off guard. Focus on the usual suspects — elbows, knees, shins, cuticles, and the backs of your hands. If the stick ever firms up in a cold car, just hold it against your skin for a second and it softens right back.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What's the difference between the Skin Stick and Body Spread?

Same butter-rich formula, two formats. The Skin Stick is a twist-up you can toss in a bag for mess-free, targeted moisture on the go. Body Spread is a jar for full-body use after a shower. Plenty of folks keep both.

Will it melt in my bag?

It stays solid at room temperature and only softens on contact with warm skin. In real heat — think a hot car in summer — it can get soft, so keep it somewhere cool. The twist-up tube keeps things tidy either way.

Where do I use it?

Anywhere that gets dry — elbows, knees, shins, hands, heels, and cuticles. It's a leave-on moisturizer, so glide it on and let it soak in. No need to rinse.

What does it smell like?

The Shea Rice Flour scent is warm and clean with a touch of musk — easygoing and not overpowering, so it works for just about anyone.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

One stick lasts about 6-8 weeks, depending on how often and where you use it — in drier climates, skin drinks it up faster. The solid format means no waste: you use every last bit.
