Description

A cold-process bar that earns the spot by the sink. Handmade Flannel Soap with Flannel, coconut, and vanilla lathers rich without stripping skin dry. cocoa butter, coconut oil, and cold-process keep the bar creamy and conditioning. The kind of bar you stop hiding under the sink.

Because it's cold-process, it keeps the natural glycerin most commercial bars strip out — so your skin feels softened, not stripped. It's gentle enough for face, hands, and body, something a lot of folks figure out on their own. Made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.

On the nose, it's warm cotton with a whisper of musk and vanilla — the soap equivalent of a cozy flannel shirt. Scented with a phthalate-free fragrance oil, so it lands at 98% naturally derived. Handmade in small batches in Monroe, Georgia, where our family has been making it since 2003.

Ingredients

Saponified Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Refined Sweet Almond Oil, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Kernel Oil, Charcoal, Mica & Fragrance

How to Use

Wet the bar and work it into a rich lather with warm water. Massage over your face, hands, or body, then rinse clean. Between uses, set it on a well-draining dish out of standing water so it dries out — a bar that gets to dry between showers lasts a lot longer.

Why we love it...

There's a reason Flannel is a shop favorite. It smells like a cool morning and a soft, broken-in shirt, and it lathers up rich and creamy every time. Cocoa butter and coconut oil leave your skin feeling conditioned instead of squeaky, and it's laid-back enough to go from face to hands to body. Cozy, unfussy, and quietly masculine — it's the everyday bar you'll miss the day it runs out.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Warm family is campfire smoke and cedar chips and that feeling you get when you step inside after a long day. These are the grounding scents — earthy, resinous, and unapologetically cozy. They don't shout. They just fill the room with the kind of warmth that makes you slow down and breathe.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Let the bar soften under warm running water for a second or two before you build your lather — you'll get a richer, creamier foam. And keep it on a draining dish, off to the side of the shower stream; a bar that dries out between uses lasts noticeably longer.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes Flannel Soap different from store-bought soap?

It's cold-process and handmade in small batches, which keeps the natural glycerin most commercial bars strip out. That's the part you feel — it cleanses without leaving skin tight or dry.

Can I use Flannel Soap on my face?

Yes. The cold-process formula, built on cocoa butter and coconut oil, cleanses gently without stripping your moisture barrier. Build a light lather, massage it in, and rinse with warm water.

How long will a bar of Flannel Soap last?

Usually 4–6 weeks, depending on how often you bathe and how you store it. Keep it on a well-draining dish so it dries between uses and it'll go the distance.

Is Flannel Soap safe for sensitive skin?

It's made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates, and the cocoa butter and coconut oil base is easygoing. Everyone's skin is different, though, so if you have specific allergies, check the full ingredient list first.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

Like everything we make, this is a small-batch cold-process bar — so enjoy it while you've got it. A bar typically lasts 4–6 weeks, give or take, depending on how often you lather up. Store it on a well-draining dish, out of standing water, so it dries between uses and sticks around a little longer.
