Description

This handmade Patchouli Sandalwood Soap cleans the way soap should — rich lather, real moisture, no tight feeling after.

The base is built on cocoa butter and coconut oil — ingredients that actually moisturize instead of just sitting on top. Simple formula, no filler, the kind of ingredient list you can read without a chemistry degree.

The cold-process method preserves natural glycerin — that's why your skin feels moisturized after, not stripped. It's gentle enough for daily facial use, which a lot of customers discover on their own. Free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic detergents — good news if your skin tends to react to everything.

On the nose, you'll get herbal, outdoors and spicy. It's scented with pure essential oils, so the scent stays true to the source — not a synthetic approximation.

Handmade in Monroe, Georgia, where Rinse Bath & Body Co. has been crafting small-batch products since 2003. Naturally derived, cruelty-free, and made by people who care what goes on your skin.

Ingredients

Saponified Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Refined Sweet Almond Oil, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Kernel Oil, Powdered Walnut Shell, Fragrance & Essential Oil

How to Use

Wet your hands, body, or face, then rub the bar in gentle circular motions to build a lather. Massage into skin and rinse thoroughly with warm water. For exfoliating bars, use the loofah side in circular motions to gently buff skin. Store on a well-drained soap dish between uses to extend bar life.

Why we love it...

Every bar starts with the same cold-process method Heather learned in 2002 — slow-cured for weeks so the oils have time to saponify naturally. No shortcuts, no detergents, no synthetic hardeners. Just real soap that lathers rich and leaves your skin feeling like skin, not plastic wrap.

We obsess over the lather. That thick, creamy foam you get from a Rinse bar isn't an accident — it's the result of carefully balancing coconut oil for bubbles, olive oil for conditioning, and shea butter for richness. Most commercial soaps strip your skin's natural oils. Ours work with them.

This one brings rugged, open-air botanicals to the experience — because your shower should be something you look forward to, not just something you get through.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Outdoors family is our fresh-air collection — pine, cedar, citronella, and other botanicals that belong outside. These scents are green, woody, and functional. They smell like the best version of being outdoors — campfire without the smoke in your eyes, forest without the bug bites.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Store your bar on a well-drained soap dish between uses — keeping it dry between showers extends its life significantly. For the richest lather, work the bar between wet hands for 10-15 seconds before applying to skin. Our soaps are gentle enough for daily face and body use.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes Patchouli Sandalwood Soap different from store-bought soap?

Rinse Bath & Body Co. makes Patchouli Sandalwood Soap by hand using cold-process soapmaking that preserves natural glycerin. A warm & earthy blend bringing out the best of both Patchouli & Sandalwood for a rugged spice! Our formula, featuring Refined Sweet Almond Oil and Powdered Walnut Shell creates a bar that cleans without leaving skin dry or tight.

Can I use Patchouli Sandalwood Soap on my face?

Many customers use Patchouli Sandalwood Soap as their daily facial cleanser. The natural glycerin in our cold-process formula cleans effectively without the tightness you get from commercial soaps. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

How many washes do I get from Patchouli Sandalwood Soap?

Expect 4–6 weeks from Patchouli Sandalwood Soap with daily use. Two tips: use a well-draining dish, and don't leave it in the shower stream. The high butter content creates a dense bar that holds up well.

Is Patchouli Sandalwood Soap safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — Patchouli Sandalwood Soap contains no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or synthetic detergents. Includes Refined Sweet Almond Oil and Powdered Walnut Shell. The cold-process method retains natural glycerin which helps soothe rather than strip. Patch test if you have reactive skin.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

A full bar lasts 3-4 weeks with daily shower use. Store on a draining dish between uses to maximize its life. The bar will naturally shrink as the good stuff transfers to your skin — that's how you know it's working.
