Description

This handmade Road Trip Soap cleans the way soap should — rich lather, real moisture, no tight feeling after. Made with shea butter and cocoa butter.

The base is built on cocoa butter and coconut oil — ingredients that actually moisturize instead of just sitting on top. Simple formula, no filler, the kind of ingredient list you can read without a chemistry degree.

The cold-process method preserves natural glycerin — that's why your skin feels moisturized after, not stripped. It's gentle enough for daily facial use, which a lot of customers discover on their own. Free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic detergents — good news if your skin tends to react to everything.

On the nose, you'll get fresh. It's scented with pure essential oils, so the scent stays true to the source — not a synthetic approximation.

Handcrafted in Monroe, Georgia since 2003. Rinse products are naturally derived, cruelty-free, and made in small batches — because cutting corners isn't really our thing.

Ingredients

Saponified Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Kernel Oil, Fragrance

How to Use

Wet your hands, body, or face, then rub the bar in gentle circular motions to build a lather. Massage into skin and rinse thoroughly with warm water. For exfoliating bars, use the loofah side in circular motions to gently buff skin. Store on a well-drained soap dish between uses to extend bar life.

Why we love it...

Every bar starts with the same cold-process method Heather learned in 2002 — slow-cured for weeks so the oils have time to saponify naturally. No shortcuts, no detergents, no synthetic hardeners. Just real soap that lathers rich and leaves your skin feeling like skin, not plastic wrap.

We obsess over the lather. That thick, creamy foam you get from a Rinse bar isn't an accident — it's the result of carefully balancing coconut oil for bubbles, olive oil for conditioning, and shea butter for richness. Most commercial soaps strip your skin's natural oils. Ours work with them.

This one brings clean, bright botanicals to the experience — because your shower should be something you look forward to, not just something you get through.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Fresh family is our clean, bright, wake-you-up collection — eucalyptus, peppermint, spearmint, and green botanicals that feel like splashing cold water on your face. These scents are energizing without being aggressive, clean without being clinical. They're the 'deep breath on a spring morning' of our lineup.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Store your bar on a well-drained soap dish between uses — keeping it dry between showers extends its life significantly. For the richest lather, work the bar between wet hands for 10-15 seconds before applying to skin. Our soaps are gentle enough for daily face and body use.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

What makes Road Trip Soap different from store-bought soap?

Road Trip Soap is handmade in small batches using a cold-process method that retains natural glycerin — something commercial soaps strip out. A little bit sweet, a little bit musky. The windows down through the mountains!

Is Road Trip Soap gentle enough for facial use?

Yes — Road Trip Soap's cold-process formula works well as a facial cleanser. The natural oils and butters clean without stripping your moisture barrier. Build a light lather, massage gently, and rinse with warm water.

How many washes do I get from Road Trip Soap?

A bar of Road Trip Soap typically lasts 4–6 weeks with daily use. The dense, butter-rich formula holds up longer than most soaps. Just keep it on a draining dish so it dries between uses.

Is Road Trip Soap safe for sensitive skin?

Road Trip Soap is free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic detergents. Most customers with sensitive skin find our bars gentle. Check the full ingredient list for specific allergies.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

A full bar lasts 3-4 weeks with daily shower use. Store on a draining dish between uses to maximize its life. The bar will naturally shrink as the good stuff transfers to your skin — that's how you know it's working.
