How to Use

Diffuse: add 5-10 drops to a water-filled diffuser and run in 30-60 minute intervals in a well-ventilated room. Topical: always dilute first — blend 2-3 drops into 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil such as jojoba or fractionated coconut oil before applying to skin. Inhale: add a drop to a tissue or your palms and breathe in. Never apply undiluted to skin and do not ingest. Patch test diluted oil first, keep away from eyes, and store away from children and pets in a cool, dark spot.
