Description

A fall favorite we think deserves to be enjoyed year-round. Pumpkin Ale Soap leans into warm, spiced pumpkin notes that land closer to pumpkin bread than pumpkin pie — cozy, not cloying.

Yes, there's real craft beer in the bar. The sugars and proteins in beer are what give this soap its notably rich, creamy lather — the kind that turns an everyday shower into a treat. And because it's cold-process, it keeps the natural glycerin most commercial bars strip out, so it cleanses without leaving skin tight.

Handmade in small batches in Monroe, Georgia since 2003, and made without sulfates, parabens, or phthalates. 98% naturally derived.

Ingredients

Saponified Beer, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Olive Oil, Refined Sweet Almond OIl, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Kernel Oil, Fragrance.

How to Use

Wet the bar and work it into a rich lather with warm water. Massage over face, hands, or body, then rinse. Store the bar on a well-draining dish, out of standing water, so it dries between uses and lasts longer.

Why we love it...

That lather. Real beer gives this bar a thick, creamy foam you don't expect from a naked bar of soap, and the pumpkin-bread-warm scent makes it hard to put down once fall rolls around — or any time you want a little cozy.

EVERY SCENT TELLS A STORY

Meet The Family

The Beer family is exactly what it sounds like — real craft beer ingredients in handmade soap. Hops, malt, and the natural sugars in beer create an incredibly rich, creamy lather that's genuinely great for your skin. These aren't gimmick soaps. The beer adds real benefits. The fact that they're fun to gift is just a bonus.

FROM THE WORKSHOP

Tips & Tricks

Let the bar soften under warm running water for a second or two before you build suds — you'll get the richest lather. Keep it on a well-draining dish between showers so it dries out and lasts longer, and if you want to stretch it further, cut it in half and store the spare somewhere dry.

Let's Talk About It

Have any questions?

Does Pumpkin Ale Soap really contain beer?

It does — real craft beer goes right into the batch. The sugars and proteins in the beer are what give this bar its rich, creamy lather. Don't worry, it won't leave you smelling like a brewery.

What does it smell like?

Warm, spiced pumpkin — more pumpkin bread than pumpkin pie — with a malty ale backdrop. Fall in one breath.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes. The cold-process formula keeps its natural glycerin, so it cleanses face, hands, and body without leaving skin tight or stripped.

How do I make the bar last?

Keep it on a well-draining dish, away from standing water, so it can dry between uses. Stored that way, a bar typically lasts about 4 to 6 weeks depending on how often you bathe.

GOOD THINGS DON'T LAST FOREVER

Enjoy It While You Can

A bar typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks, though it really depends on how often you bathe and how you store it. Keep it on a well-draining dish out of standing water so it dries between uses — that's the single best way to make it last.
