Warm and spiced rather than pine and peppermint, because those cross over — a gingerbread Skin Stick sells in October next to pumpkin spice, and again in December next to nothing else.

Put both on one purchase order. It is one freight cost instead of two, one receiving day instead of two, and it means the holiday shelf gets set in November instead of scrambled together the week after Thanksgiving.

Then reorder rather than expand. Fall peaks twice, mid-September and the week before Halloween, and depth on proven pieces beats breadth on untested ones every time.
