How do I place a wholesale order?

Three ways: order online through your wholesale account, call 678.525.1927 (10:30 AM–4 PM ET, Mon–Fri), or fax 866.426.7119. Once your account is approved, online is the fastest.

What's the lead time?

Everything is made by hand in small batches, so lead times average about 5 business days. We aim to ship within 2 business days; busy seasons can run up to 5.

How do the displays work?

Displays arrive filled and merchandised — set them on your shelf and they're ready to sell. Reorder individual scents anytime to restock your best sellers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks, and money orders. No surcharge on cards. Orders ship once payment is received.

What if items arrive damaged or missing?

Email wholesale@rinsesoap.com within 5 business days with photos of the packing slip, the item(s) in question, and the shipping box, and we'll make it right.
